Terms and Conditions for Turbo Jet ski Tenerife

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking, use of services, and interactions with Turbo Jet Ski Tenerife. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Process

  • Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due at the port on the day of your scheduled service.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip for a full refund.

    • No Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, your booking will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued.

3. Service and Liability

  • Age and Safety: Riders must be 16 years or older to ride solo. Passengers on 2-person Jet Skis must be at least 6 years old.

  • Maximum Weight: The maximum weight for passengers per Jet Ski is 160 kg.

  • Health and Safety: Safety is our priority. Life vests must be worn at all times. Participants must follow the safety briefing provided by the guide before the tour.

  • Liability: By booking and participating in our Jet Ski tours, you agree to assume all risks associated with the activity. Turbo Jet Ski Tenerife is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the activity, except in cases of gross negligence.

4. Personal Data and Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.) necessary to process bookings, provide our services, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Third Parties: We use trusted third-party services (TuriTop for bookings, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for tracking) to help manage and process your data. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • Data Retention: Personal data will be stored for a period of one year and will be deleted unless otherwise required for legal or insurance purposes.

5. Insurance

  • All participants are insured during the Jet Ski ride. In case of an incident, the details of your booking may be provided to our insurance company for processing claims.

6. Force Majeure

  • Turbo Jet Ski Tenerife will not be liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, or natural disasters.

7. Modifications to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will apply to all future bookings.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
